Refund & Returns Policy

Bizaar Bibs 'n' Bums is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind purchases for nappies due to hygienic reasons. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange minus delivery costs. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to store credit or exchange being granted.

Custom orders will not be refunded due to items being made to specific requirements...If an order is able to be resold, a store credit may be issued but this is at our discretion 
 
If product is found to be faulty BBnB will happily assist you. Please contact us before you return goods to us.
Please note, damage that occurs from washing and drying errors, including heat damage and/or not following washing recommendations is not considered a fault and will not be replaced. However, we are happy to discuss options of buying replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
